During this exercise, we should lie down on our back and keep the body loose. Then relaxing the body from feet to head as said in the physical exercise book. Concentrate and feel the energy at all the parts. 
This helps the spreading of bio-magnetism and the functions of blood circulation, heat circulation and air circulation well. The tiredness is removed and the body remains refreshed the whole day.
It helps to prevent the heart attack. It also removes the burning sensation and makes the body soothing. The body is active the whole day.
We can improve our physical health and eradicate the problems got- already if we have the habit of doing this exercise every morning continuously. 
The chronic diseases get completely cured. We can improve the immunity. Let us have physical and mental health by doing this exercise.
